  • 2 cloves

  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 1 cardamom pod
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ½ inch cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 50 grams of paneer in grated form
  • 1 ½ teaspoons coriander powder
  • 200 grams paneer (in cubes or triangle form)
  • 1 to 2 teaspoon cream (it’s an option)

Paneer Lababdar Recipe: How to make Paneer Lababdar? 

Here is the stepwise guide that will help you make this curry at home without much effort- 

Step 1- Add tomatoes, onions, almonds, garlic, ginger, dried red chilli and cashew nuts to a saucepan together with water.

Step 2- Cover it and devote 10 minutes to boiling it.

Step 3- Cool as well as blend it properly to a fine, smooth paste.

Step 4- Add oil to a kadhai or saucepan and let it heat up for a few minutes.

Step 5- Now, it’s your turn to add whole spices such as cloves, cinnamon, & cardamom and fry it for a minute or until it exhibits the aromatic side.

Step 6- Add the trio of turmeric powder, coriander powder, and chilli powder.

Step 7- After that, saute on low heat for around 1 to 2 minutes. If you have a fear that the ground spices will burn, feel free to add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water.

Step 8- Now, you have to pour the mixture into the pan. Boil it on a medium flame.

Step 9- Cover, keep the heat low, and simmer for around 10 to 15 minutes or until the peak point of consistency is accomplished.

Step 10- In this step, add Kasuri methi, garam masala, and ghee and mix them properly. You can use organic A2 Gir cow ghee for natural taste and good health.

Step 11- Put paneer cubes in the prepared material and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 12- Use chopped coriander, fresh cream, and grated paneer to spread it for a better experience and taste.
