The return policy of SwadeshiVIP grants you an option to return milk bottles within the time structure of the same day of delivery & other dairy products within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Please avoid using the product & preserve its original packaging as well as seal. There is no return policy or provision for opened or damaged products.
Our Return & Refund policy authorizes all our members to return the product during the delivery time if because of any possible reason they are not getting a sense of satisfaction with the freshness or quality of the product. We are striving to take the returned product back with us & furnish a credit note for the worth of the return products, which would get credited to your wallet or account on the Website/Application. It would be helpful in making the payment for your subsequent bills.
Milk/ Milk Products not fit for Consumption:
Our milk has no preservatives or additives. Hence, maintaining optimum temperature is key to keeping the milk/milk products fresh and fit to be consumed. However, if the cold chain inadvertently breaks at our end, causing the milk to sour on the delivery day, the respective customers can request a refund for that particular lot. A refund shall be initiated once we collect the soured milk/ spoiled milk products from you.
Delivery is deemed to be erroneous at our end if you intimated us well in advance. If you receive a delivery despite the intimation, you are eligible for a refund.
Refusing delivery without any prior information does not qualify for refund/replacement. No refund requests to be entertained for any damaged products. However, damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy. The following are the only proper ways of prior intimation:

- Email to our customer care department.
- Chat section in the contact us option of the APP.
- Update necessary information in your account on the APP.
Please note: Informing the delivery boy is not admissible as a formal intimation of change in order or placing an order. The customer care department and the authorized is the only official channel for this.
Accidents and mistakes are inevitable parts of life. We respect that, and we expect the same from our customers. We understand accidents can happen. Breakage of one bottle, the first and only first time it happens, will incite no charge. Further, each broken glass bottle will be charged as per the industry standards.
An easy and complexity-free cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. Before the shipment of the order, you can cancel your online order. Your overall order amount will be refunded.

At SwadeshiVIP, we ensure fundamental quality checks like Expiry Date etc, but at the same time, we are not liable for any health/medical or other repercussions relevant to the product consumption. The customer is responsible for every product purchased by him/her, and the effects of the consumption of such products are his/her responsibility entailing any expenditure or cost that medical treatment or other action may ensue.
