Process of Making Natural Curd

At SwadeshiVIP, we follow the natural curd making process.

Step 1- Initiate the process by heating the milk to boil for a few minutes. The extra water available in the milk will be evaporated, and thickening of milk may take place.

Step 2- In this step, the milk is left to cool to room temperature.

Step 3- Add one spoon of curd to the milk and go ahead to mix it well. The fermentation process will not occur without adding curd to the milk.

Step 4- Leave it overnight, and you will see that the whole milk will be converted into curd.
